How Does It All Work?

Q.What type of fees are involved?
A.No need to post any funds up front unless you want us to start paying for any maintenance costs, such as yard service, cleaning, or any monthly expense that you may require. We retain the first month’s rent when posted as our leasing fee. The monthly management fee is taken from the following month’s rent; the same goes for repair account funds.
Q.Do we have a say in who leases our home?
A.Yes, once we have completed the background check and credit application, we will present the entire family scenario to you for your approval. Your concern and requirements are of the utmost importance.
Q. Do we have to pay for the repairs on our home?
A. Yes, it is your home. The law requires that you maintain the mechanical and structural integrity of the property.
Q.Who maintains the Security Deposit? A.The Tenants Security Deposit is maintained in a designated trust account.
Q.Can you help us sell the home when we are ready? A.Yes, a great deal of our business are owners who desire to sell homes we have managed. Once they are sure they will not be returning to the area, we market the home through the excellent system that Real Estate Professionals maintains.
